Directions
Approaching Oamaru from the north
- You are on State Highway 1 heading south
- Pass the Pukeuri Freezing works on your left.
- Pass the State Highway 83 turnoff on your right, head down a straight piece of road on State Highway 1
- Murray Road is the first road on your right.
- The Red Tin House is at the end of Murray Road on your left.
Leaving Oamaru, heading north
- You are on State Highway 1 heading north
- Past the industrial area on your right, then the Oamaru Racecourse on your left.
- Keep heading north, past the Landon Creek Bird Sanctuary (large parrot on a pole on your left)
- Murray Road is the next road on your left.
- The Red Tin House is at the end of Murray Road on your left.
